Refund Policy

1.      We provide refunds for all items except from the following categories:

a.      Market Hall

b.      Beauty


2.      If the item is damaged during delivery or wrong item shipped, you will get refunded provided the item is returned within 7 days from the date you received it.


3.      To be eligible for a refund, item must be unused and in the same condition with all tags and labels attached in the original condition and packaging that you received it.


4.      Item must be returned with proof of purchase.


5.      Any used/credited reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable. Usage of points on subsequent purchases will not be awarded for additional points.


6.      Any refund reversal requests after the stated date will not be entertained.


7.      Store credits are only valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.


8.      All sales item is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


9.      Returned item without prior noticed will not be entertained.


10.   All refund is subjected to Youdumall


11.   Youdumall reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.


Refund Processing Time

1.      Once we received your item, a notification will be send to you via email or customer may check the status on the system after inspecting the item.


2.      Customer will receive the refund credit in your original method of payment (Credit Card/Online Banking/Store Credit) within a certain amount of days, depending on customer bank issuer's policies.

We reserve the right to perform the following: -

·        Exchange the item with a new item of the same model and design; or

·        Full refund in the form of your original payment method.

·        Decline returns.  (If the item is found used or in a condition different from its original shipment, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Items will be returned to the customer.) 





Customer is responsible for shipping, handling and insurance charges of sending back the product to us.  We recommend customer to insure the return items to protect against loss and/or theft as we are not liable for loss in transit.
